Hemant M. Mishrra has over twenty-five years of experience in the field of sales and marketing in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) segment. During this period, he has worked as strategic business unit head, profit center head and as a change manager with various Indian organizations.

An Electrical Engineer with an MBA degree from one of the Premium Management Institutes i.e. Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, Hemant has done an advanced Marketing Management Course from Columbia University, US.

Hemant started his career with Voltas Ltd. and has worked with Parle, DCW Home Products, Charak Piramal Ltd., Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. and Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd. He has been involved in the marketing of successful brands like Thums Up, Limca, Goldspot, Maaza Mango Drink, Captain Cook Salt, Charak Products, Bajaj Almond Drop Hair Oil, Tiger Balm and Shahnaz Husain’s FairOne Fairness Cream.
Hemant has been a visiting faculty member of S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Narse Monjee Institute of Management Studies, where he has been teaching Marketing subjects.

Sandhya Honawar is a communications professional with 30 years experience in the advertising, marketing and entertainment sectors.

She has worked in leading advertising agencies like JWT, O & M, Lintas, Clarion McCann & Mudra, where she handled key brands like Sunsilk, Asian Paints, Citibank, Vicks, VIP Luggage, Farex (Glaxo) & McDowell.

A hands-on Manager with more than 18 years experience in sales & advertising, Mr. Oomen entered the world of advertising with Mudra Communications Ltd., followed by Madison DMBB and Triton Communications.
He was responsible for the Launch of Tata Coffee, Oberoi Hotel, Jumpin (Godrej), Whisper (P&G), Telestra Telecom & Godrej Properties.
He created Brands like Cinthol Deo Soap, Doy Soap for kids, Doy Aloe Vera Soap and Jo Soap.
