Project Consulting
Proposed and billed on a per-project and per milestone basis, Project Consulting offers a client company a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to solve specific problems, develop and/or implement plans and execute specific strategies.
In this category, you can choose any one or more of the modules given below. For example, instead of taking the entire gamut of services from us, you could choose just Module 1 or 2 or 3 or 4, or a combination of any two or three.
We bill you separately for each module/project, and the duration of the project could last for a period of only 3 months. Normally, under this scheme, we do not get involved in the execution of the road map (except in Modules 4 & 5).

Development of communication strategy which will deliver the brand’s unique message to the target consumer effectively and economically
Identifying the media mix to communicate with the target consumer with impact and within the resource constraints
Design promotional strategies to promote the brand at trade and consumer level

Managing outside vendors
